Hi,
I have signed off work for the last 7 weeks with severe morning sickness. During this time I have have various emails and calls from work to "catch up" but always with the guise of "when will you be back at work?".
They have also been asking for me to complete work and check emails, I have my work laptop at home with me, and to keep in contact with the team I work with.
There is also an issue as I am currently on a fixed term contract which is due to end on December 31st. They are advertising for permanent staff for the same roll as I am working now. They have invited me to an interview on Wednesday and I would like to go but am worried about the sickness and it turning into a dig of when I will be back at work.
Any help appreciated.
