I found this website after not getting enough info off the ACAS website or the gov. website. As a newbie, I was wondering whetether there were any clever people who can help with the following.
I have claimed unfair dismissal from my employer, and submitted a claim to the ET after they spurned early conciliation.
I have received my letter informing me that my case is proceeding to Employment Tribunal in the new year.
I have queries regarding the following:
1. determining the remedy. I understand the basic award working out, but do I include the first two years temp (the agency I worked for almost exclusively dealt with the CC) work in this final sum? (ie 7 years not 5).
also the compensatory award. I was dismissed in July this year, so it will be the 7 months to January (so 7 weeks). how do I work out loss of statutory rights? how do I include pension losses?
any advice greatfully received!
