  • Being pressured to work Sundays

    Hi
My new manager is pressuring me to work Sundays. I'm on a 20 hour contract and I do 10-12 hours overtime every week on top to "meet the business needs"!

for the the past 3-4 years I have been working Tuesdays -Saturdays. My manager today is saying if i want to opt out of Sundays I have to put it writing, give 3 months notice and within those 3 months of notice she can still make me work the Sunday!

can I get some advice if this true what she is saying?

    Kind regards

Well it looks like you are stuck with working Sundays for the three months as stated in your contract.
Don't forget to write the letter giving them notice..
