  • Alleged acts of gross misconduct

In my letter to appear at my disciplinary hearing which I was sacked , the only reference to why I was appearing was one sentence { Alleged acts of gross misconduct } nothing else, no detailing or breakdown of the charges. So I was kind of ambushed at the hearing with various issues thrown at me not having a chance to concentrate on any specifics. I do still have an appeal, could this be part of my appeal .

    Thanks

Yes, you should know the case you have to answer.

Not only should the allegations be particularised, but you should have advance notice of the evidence on why they intend to rely.

It might be better William if you kept discussion to one thread.
