    company withholding my commission pay and i am a subcontractor

    Hi
    can someone tell me how I stand with this I am a subcontractor working on commission base short contracts which have been paid by the customer to the company Hillarys blinds and signed by customer as completed and satisfactory but the company are withholding these payments to me because they say that I owe them money for blinds I have ordered and paid for with invoices to show this but they have now said I am not allowed the discounted rate and have to pay full retail price.
    can someone give some advise that would be great.
