need advice on a situation in work, I have worked in position for 11 years and have never had any issues of any kind. I was recently taken in for a meeting with my manager (titled on minutes as a 'formal discussion) (i had to request minutes of this a number of times and received them a wk later) and she put allegations to me about my behaviour in the team, she didnt offer any examples etc when i didnt understand what she meant. She dictated the full meeting to me stating that I could be subject of a complaint of bullying and harassement as well as reading the policy and procedure of B+H at same time.
I was very upset and couldnt understand what she was saying, but when i asked for examples or kinds of behaviour she meant I was told this wouldnt be given. I suggested that the only way i could be aware of any behaviour is if im told so that I can then change this, but i wasnt given any. She went on to say that my TEAM members were uncomfortable with my behaviour but still didnt elaborate. This has been kept as informal by the company. This was also following disclosure of a practice based issue from me to my manager in regards to another worker, which was not dealt with at time.
Is this convenient to avoid having to prove this? (as i know its false)
Can they actually do this to someone without evidencing as this resulted in me being off work, stress related, my confidence is so low, and my emotional health is suffering.
