Iam after a bit of advice on damaged based agreements. Basically I was dismissed unfairly by my employer, I went through concilliation and was offered a very low sum. I then went to a solicitor who said they would take my case on under a dba where I pay 35% the only thing is the solicitor will not advise me until I sign this agreement, which I can understand that. But what I don't want to happen is me sign the agreement, the solicitor say take what they have offered then take 35%! Solicitor said they have spoken with my employers solicitors but will only discuss with me when I have signed the agreement. Sorry if I sound really uneducated but I have never been through anything like this before. Thanks.
