    Employment rights

    Hi
    I work for a credit company selfemployed I've just gone on the sick due to slipped disc ,my manager says I've got to get relief agent to cover my job , I had a deputy ,but due to her being in arrears with her account they told me she can't cover my round , they phoning me back again today to see if I've found anybody , what are my rights can they pay me off if I can't find anybody hope someone can give me advice
