  • Is this Perjury in an Employment Tribunal

    Good afternoon,

Can anyone please advise. I have given a complaint of perjury to a local police force against a manager who lied in an employment tribunal numerous times, I used the minutes from my hearing with this man that totally contradicts what he says in his witness statement.

Is this enough to get over the first hurdle and satisfy the 1911 law on perjury.

For information purposes my whole case is on the website tpeconspiracy.weebly.com

    Thanks.

Re: Is this Perjury in an Employment Tribunal

It's difficult because when people tell untruths in the witness stand they often can and do get away with it by simply saying things like "I misunderstood the question" or "It's so long ago that I've forgotten what happened so what I said may have been inaccurate". Perjury is a serious offence but it is not easy to prove. I have seen barristers and solicitors lie in court and then wriggle out of it by simply stating "I'm sorry your honour, I was confused".
Nothing I say should be taken as qualified expert advice. I am not an expert in anything.

If you decide to act on anything I have posted you agree not to hold me liable in any way.

If you are unsure then you need to take proper advice from someone who is an expert.
