    Hi and welcome everyone..

I am writing on here to get some advice on what I should do I used to work for a company that makes pastry products for three well known supermarkets across the United Kingdom..

Whilst working there I saw that they were freezing products for a long period of time. Then taking the frozen product out then re-packing the product under a different date this is still going on..

Also whilst working there I managed to get a photograph of a fly that was in a finished product before the inner packaging was put on what they didn't do was stop the line.... put the product on hold-nor wash the machine down.. they just chucked the block of pastry in the bin and continued producing the product..........

hope to get some advice.....who knows what else is going on in the factory that goes un noticed and gets sent out to supermarkets then on to the general public......

Are you in a union? It may be speaking to them . Trading standards would be interested , as would the supermarkets who buy this stuff.

Did you bring your concerns up at the time with your managers / H&S dept ?

Did you leave the company on good terms ?
