I was always Self employed and if I wasnt 'liked by anyone they would not give me work to many people automatically say they are discriminated againstMaybe Employees have to many rights?

Sadly yes it does come down to money and often these cases could be settled by an apology and a change of conduct. I do not think though that money is always the factor in bringing the action, it is to get justice .
the question is , should I go looking for bigotry and then take action (maybe i should) or should I only take action if that bigotry comes my way?
