I just need to know your basic hours on your payslip for both weeks.

      By the way its 21.5 per week (20 + 23 ÷ 2 = 21.5hrs) not 20.5 hours

They should have provided you with a written contract within your first 2 months of your employment, by law.

Ok most employers actually include the hours your paid for on payslips, though they don't have too. But doing so does make it easier to work out what you have been paid for.

Right out of the 21.5hrs you submit each week, how many hours are you actually paid for? - Divide your total weekly pay shown on your pay slip by your hourly rate, and then tell me what the answer is.

Ok no problem, let me know. Then i can work out what your holiday entitlement should be based on the hours your actually being paid for.
