My employer has failed to issue company shares as per written contract offer.

Hi Everyone,

I need some advise please.

I tendered my resignation back in May 2013. My employer made me a written offer of a salary increase but more importantly up to 10% shares of the company at a discounted price.

I received the salary increase from 1st June 2013 but needless to say the share offer has never transpired and I am lead to believe he is now selling the company.

I have had excesses for the delays from a new share contract is being drawn up to his sister is getting a divorce and he doesn't want to complicate things?

These shares @ balance sheet valve are worth £30K to me and it has serious financial impact in my package.

Where do I stand? help please.
