    Harassment and threatening language

    Hi,

    My last meeting with my line manager started off well but quickly moved to him being angry, aggressive ,harassing and using threatening language and making me feel insecure about my position.

    Can I record the conversations in future using my mobile phone as evidence or is that unlawful?

    Please let me know.

    Yes you can record. Such recordings have been used as evidence at employment tribunals. But really you need to make a formal grievance to the person above your line manager.
