    Change of working hours.

    Hi Guys,
    Sorry to bug you all again,
    I have just received an email from my manager today stating that FROM TODAY, my working hours are to be extended 30 minutes per day (no wage increase obviously!)

    My question is, can they just do this, with no notice and with no discussion or agreement with myself?

    Hi docfrankenstein,

    You should have received, within 2 months of commencing work, a Statement of Employment Particulars which would outline, among other things, your hours of work.

    If you have a contract of employment, this should also give details.

      Ive been here two years and worked the same hours since day one. I have contracted hours of 8.30-4.30.
