Hi,
I have an employee who has been with me for years, who has developed muscle spasms in his back. He is currently on long term sick, and wishes to have a meeting discussing a reduction in hours.
Where do i stand on offereing this? And I feel due to the nature of his work (panel beater within the motor trade) that he will not be able to continue his normal duties.
