  • Redundancy after 24 years service

    Hi

Over the past six months I have been fighting to keep my job and my assistance which were put at Risk because of Cost Cuts.....

We have both sign a Compromise agreement to leave on the 31st July 2013 next week.

The work my assistant did is now moved over to a team of Administrators to do in between their other work.

Something is not quite sitting right with me in this moment in time as this has all happened since we have sign the CA ........ I can not seem to get my head around that they have taken it off of one person and given it to another with one other as back up ...why could'nt a second person have been trained up and everything been left as it is ?

My Job was to over see all of the data inputting and also to answer all question and provide performance data. which will be still needed.....

I have since asked to have a few question answered next week before I go ..

But I would like to know as I have now sign this CA document am I able to still ask question about the work and how I am seeing it at the moment being no different than what was being done ?
