This is not uncommon, they also do it at my place of work, luckily there's someone who's worked there 21 years who lives nearby and is willing to do it, not that it happens very often. Most bosses would expect to have your mobile number 'just in case', I know I had this argument when they found out I had a mobile in 2001, so it's not exactly an indication that they "want your number", unless you have reason to believe there is an ulterior motive... :confused2: :confused2: :confused2:
If it was me, I'd give them my number, that doesn't necessarily mean you have to answer when they ring, I certainly wouldn't get up in the middle of the night to turn off the alarm I'd just leave the phone on silent overnight, in fact, I always do! :thumb:
