I am taking my previous employer to tribunal after making me redundant due to cost cutting, then re advertising my job, changing the name and having potentially a higher salary.
I have received my case management through and it is asking
" Set out in writing what remedy the tribunal is being asked to award. The claimant shall also include information about what steps the claimant has taken to reduce any loss"
I have no idea what to write, or how this should look. I have been unemployed since my redundancy which has now been a couple of months.
Can anyone help please???
