Hi,
I am in the process of taking my employer who happens to be a major high street bank to tribunal, after 2 years of bullying from several managers I have logged a greivence with the company which I'm currently awaiting the outcome on. The greivence centres around bullying behavoirs linked to a disability I have. I have provided witness statements to back up my claims and a manger unwittingly admitting to the bully in front of my union rep in a metting. However I am now on the sick as a result of the stress this has all caused and I'm told the managers are are going on a reletnless campaign to discredit me, not entirely unexpected. Its at this point that I'm now being asked about financial settlements etc, and what kind of resolutions I'm expecting??
Ive never been through this process before and the only thing I'm certain of is that I want to sever ties from the bank alltogether and walk away which is what doctors and counsellors have advised me to do. I guess my question is ... is It better to ask for financial compensation directly from bank or let it go to tribunal and if so what is considered normal ? any advice at all would be a help guys, thanks for reading
