Part Time work: Unfair dismissal

Hi

Sorry If I am posting in the wrong place but I am new to the site. I am 16 years old and I am currently work part time for a well known fast food restaurant. I have been working there for 3 months and have been constantly put under pressure by the management. I have received little training and have been put under severe pressure by the managers to speed up on a regular basis. This is highly stressful, espescially in the vicinity of hot ovens and chip oil.The other day I was called into the office by the new on shift manager and was told that If I didn't speed up, I would be dismissed. Does management have the right to dismiss me, on this basis? I have been told by other supervisors that I have been performing well, so for me to be told this by the manager came as a shock. I am just wondering, If I was to be sacked, would I have any right to complain about being unfairly dismissed.

i am going to be blunt on this one

until you have your qualifying service in, 2 years to take a claim to an employment tribunal.

the employer can do what they like with no come back

the only time you can take it to a tribunal is for wages and a breach of your protected characteristics

why do you think the goverment brought in these changes, it so do as you are told or we get rid of you and sorry, you were sacked so restricted benefits

One thing i am totally against was the Tories changing the qualifying period from 1 year to 2 years, as most unfair dismissals happen within 2 year periods. Fine Example of the TORIES looking after their businessmen party donors.
