My friend is going through a separation and seems ultimately, soon a divorce.
He's a sole worker with two kids and wife at home.
Living at his Mums but still paying all bills!
He can not gone on like this, he's been given a list of things he's still expected to pay despite being separated.
He is fully aware of his obligation to look after the children (both under 5) but can not afford a new place and pay for his wife to be at home as well.
Apart from his obligation to the CSA for the children, what is his soon to be ex wife legally entitled to? They have no savings and currently rent so very little to split in that sense.
