HI ALL,
I lost at the employment tribunal, my hearing was in March and the judgement was signed by the judge on the 18th April 2012, I only received the judgement yesterday (23rd April)
Therefore my question is do the 14 days start from the 18th or the 23rd April?
I am not happy with the outcome at all the judgement is 100% bias, despite extensive evidence none of this has been taken into account in the judgement and no harassment was found on part of the respondent.
