Hi,
Myself and colleagues have recently been issued with new contracts requesting us to take a 10% pay reduction but to provide additional working hours. I personally have been with the company for 7 years.
The new contract doesn't provide any acknowledgement of my previous time served (therefore, no redundancy entitlements if the company went under).
What would be the outcome if we decided not to accept/sign these contracts? We have been advised that failure to do so could result in termination of our employment.
Any information on this is very appreciated as are quick responses as we are against the clock on this one.
Thank you for your time.
