  • How do I tell tribunal that someone is going to represent me?

Ive got another prehearing in about 4 weeks. I didn't do too well at the last one due to nerves so my brother has said he will represent me at the next one, and at the tribunal itself.

Is there a form I have to fill in or do I just write to the tribunal and tell them i'm being represented by my brother?

    Thanks

Write. You may need to seek permission to be represented by someone who is not legally qualified.

newtothis2 just a gentle point in regard to the fact you have an existing thread running on your tribunal claim. If you need any further advice as you progress through, please can you post on your initial thread. It is much easier for those of us advising to have all questions related to to the same issue of your tribunal claim on the one thread. Many thanks

I do not provide advice by PM although I may on occasion ask you to send me documents this way but any related advice will be provided back on your thread.

I do my best to provide good practical advice, however I do so without liability.

What or how do you ask? Is there a template letter somewhere?

Write a letter saying what you are asking for and why. You have managed to make those points here.
