    What can I do to address and get my reputation/life back in my work?
    ================================================== =
    Thanks for your replies to my thread and suggestions . I am seeking advice/guidance in my situation.

    I started working for large company in Maryland. Every thing went well , me too enjoyed there and built my reputation among many workers and customers.

    Few weeks ago a , coworker floated fabricated stories (false) about me into supervisor teams ears triggering fire storm and tarnishing my reputation. All these are hear say without merits.

    Many folks were assembled and directed to perform surveillance on subject (Me - one person). Inquiring about me with all workers/customers interacted with me and digging my past like FBI probe. There is nothing to find there. Many productive time has been spent by supervisor teams for these expedition . I have not seen these activities for any others during my tenure here.

    They are beaming conversation about me to my ears . I did not react to these and maintaining calm.

    The subject co-worker attempting to provoke me. I am not sure whether this person was directed by supervisor teams to do so.

    I feel very uncomfortable about these process , but I am not broken, because I did my work honestly as directed my conscious. I do not know where to look for guidance to come out of this and preserve my work. I am in fight or flight situation, but I am not going for flight route.

    Are these acts of my employer legal?

    Why are they doing these all of a sudden ?

    Who is crossing the line of law?

    I did nothing wrong to impact their business such as harming others, talking ill about others, steeling, lying , talking ill about business with others/customers. I am loosing my sleep/health. I am not creating toxic environment but life become miserable.

    How do I get my reputation/life back?

    Anyone in this forum experience these and resolve the situation?

    Thanks for your guidance.

    It sounds like you are in the USA. Unfortunately this is a UK forum advising mainly on UK law and practice.
    All opinions expressed are based on my personal experience. I am not a lawyer and do not hold any legal qualifications.

      Caveat, I don't know if these people can help you or help find the advice you seek.
