    Afternoon all.

I intend to raise a grievance against three colleagues for breaching the very policy I have been accused of breaching, for providing false statements etc

I also would like to raise a grievance against my company for failing in its duty of care. I am being targeted, victimised for raising concerns to health and safety issues, would this be classed as whistle blowing, or any other protected act? How would I go about this?

On the 25th June 2024, I raised a grievance against my former group leader, who provided Z, my companies Insurer a false witness statement.
n the 21st Sept 2024, I received the outcome of the investigation of my Stage one complaint, which I appealed. I was informed at the meeting that it had been alleged I had breached my companies policies. On the 04th November, I was called to an investigation meeting as it had been alleged I had breached the ‘Dignity at Work’ policy. During my grievance investigation, four witnesses had made statements against me.

    Kind regards

    Scrumpy
