Hello,
I have what I consider a complicated set up and I really need some advice please. I have tried using the internet, but the more I do, the more confusing it becomes.
My situation is as follows:
Im on an EU passport
I have permanent settled status in the UK
I am a share holder and director of a UK Limited Co.
I am needing to do some work in Holland, but would like to do that on a self employed basis.
Is it a case of just invoicing my Dutch Clients and they settle invoice.
I am then responsible to pay NI and tax on earning.
Or.......
Do I need to pay tax in Holland as well if self employed?
Thanks for any advice.
