  • No communication from solicitor

Hello, just wondering if I can get a few thoughts on something. I'm currently progressing through the CMO's of my tribunal claim being represented by a NWNF Solicitor firm. The orders stated that the respondent had to say whether or not they agreed with my disability status by 20th September which has now been and gone. On 25th September I emailed my solicitor asking for an up date, then again on 30th after receiving no response. He responded on the 2nd October saying he would have a look and get to me by the end of last week, but his did not happen. I've emailed him twice since and still received nothing, and now I'm getting a little concerned about the next step. By the 18th October I m to send all relevant documents to the list of issues in the parties list, but the trouble is I haven't seen this list, and my solicitor hasn't asked for any documents. I'd just like to know if the behaviour of my solicitor is reasonable? I feel I should be notified at each step of the proceedings and they're aware of the negative effect this has on my health as they've submitted my claim. Any advice will be much appreciated.

Pleaae cut and paste your post on the existing thread rather than starting a new thread.
