  • Intentional deletion of cctv evidence

I have a disciplinary meeting on Friday. I have raised a grievance regarding the fact that cctv evidence I needed for my defence has been intentionally deleted. I have asked for this to be investigated before my disciplinary meeting but they have said they won't deal with the grievance until after the disciplinary outcome. Please can anyone give me some advice?

    A few questions:

What is the disciplinary meeting for?

How do to know it's been deliberately deleted?

What does it show that they would want to hide?

Mistymootle answers to the questions asked by Retromau5 would be very helpful to provide some context in knowing what allegations you are facing in your disciplinary hearing on Fri.

Also of relevance and for which some answers would be helpful:

1.What is the timeline for the disciplinary i.e. when were you notified of this and was there an investigation in advance of any decision being made to proceed with disciplinary action?
      2. What have you raised in your grievance?
      3. When did you raise the grievance?
If you would like a one-to-one expert consultation with me on your employment issue than I can be contacted by emailing admin@legalbeaglesgroup.com

I do not provide advice by PM although I may on occasion ask you to send me documents this way but any related advice will be provided back on your thread.

I do my best to provide good practical advice, however I do so without liability.
If you have any doubts then do please seek professional legal advice.
