    Inviting journalists to a preliminary hearing

    Hi,

    The respondent's solicitor, in response to my application to strike out their defence, has asked for an open preliminary hearing. I do not think this is the flex that she thinks it is. Does it mean that I can invite journalists to the meeting? I literally have nothing to hide and am not the arsehole.

    If it is in public anyone can attend. Whether a journalist will be that interested is another matter.
