I believe that my employer breached my contract by making a drastic change to my job description without consultation. I have been complaining about it since I was first informed of the impending change but management refuses to accept that anything unreasonable has happened. I raised a grievance and an appeal later when the grievance investigation rejected my claims. I dont think the investigation process was thorough or impartial, in fact it was seriously biased in my opinion. I am waiting on the appeal outcome but I suspect my claims will be rejected again. If we accept that I am right about the breach what would my options be going forward? I am not ready to resign at this stage.
