    Outstanding holidays

    Morning,

    I have started my notice period starting on 29th of April and it's 9 weeks period as company will be shut down by end of June. I still have 17 outstanding holidays. Can company force me to take my holiday during the notice period or I can refuse to use it and I will be paid for it on my final payment?

    Yes they can require you to take you holiday so long as they given you double the amount of notice for the time they want you to take. So if they wanted you to take 4 days holiday they would need to give you 8 days notice to do so.
