    Hi. I hope someone can give me advice.

    I just received the respondent's agenda form. The manager who behaved worst of all and who I have lots of specific evidence against has not been listed as a respondent witness.
    Should I try and force him to attend or would I be better to present my evidence knowing that they can't really argue against it.

    Concentrate on what you need to do to prove your case.

      The respondent can choose who they want to be a witness to assist in the defence of your claim.

      It would be highly unlike that they would be a willing witness for you in any event so just as atticus has said, spend your time on preparing for proving your claim.

        Thanks for the advice.
        I will just concentrate on my own case.
        I was looking forward to confronting him in a safe space but will comfort myself with the thought that he is hiding from me.

          And you can point his noticeable absence out to the Tribunal at the hearing, inviting them to draw conclusions.
