Hi. I hope someone can give me advice.
I just received the respondent's agenda form. The manager who behaved worst of all and who I have lots of specific evidence against has not been listed as a respondent witness.
Should I try and force him to attend or would I be better to present my evidence knowing that they can't really argue against it.
