I am currently involved in an Employment Tribunal and we are at the stage where both parties have to exchange documents for full disclosure, the respondent, however, has stated that they have one of the documents about my case they don't have, however, I know the document exists on their HR SAP and the reason for then denying it would 100% be of detriment to them, they are also withholding emails and chats and using the ICU to block my requests, I have until the 23rd of February to exchange so my question is what can I do to get them to disclose this document.
