    Hi,

Well my employer has instructed OH which I have agreed to but I'm not being told or given a copy of email request to OH to show me what questions they are asking OH to ask me, from what I have read they should provide this, unless I am wrong? I have asked twice but no responses from them.
Can I ask the OH prior to the online meeting?
I am a little concerned here as when I asked the manager over the telephone what reason they wanted me to talk to OH I was told so that they can see what they can do for me regarding my mental health issue, but they seem to be reluctant to share the request details they sent to OH.

          Hi,

I did call OH couple of days ago and they said they don't have any issue me re wording the conversation.

My GP has already provided a fit note with rec3 to help me with my metal illness which I handed to senior manager a month ago.

Now that I have had my 2nd phase of mediation, and where I did not agree on manager working in same office as I, they have asked me to see OH.

When ia asked the manager why, he said to try and see how they can help me with my illness.
Point is I have already stated the way they can help me is by us not working in same office.
Its not practical me moving due to the nature of my work.
My guess is they are trying to see if I am actually affected by my illness. And and also looking to see if I'm for to carry out my duties, a way of possibly dismissing me,
It's just odd that they are not letting me see their request to OH.
I have also seen a psychiatrist who has assessed me having General Anxiety and depression.
I ha e not shared that with them.

I would share with your employer you have General Anxiety and Depression. And it was diagnosed by a qualified professional.

Then I would attend OH report and once done I would refuse to release the report to the employer.

I suggest that you put in a formal request in writing to view the occupational health (OH) referral form that is being submitted, as ideally you should also sign it as well as signing to confirm you have given your consent.

At the OH appointment not only should they discuss with you what you should have seen in your referral form from the employer but they should also take details of your medical history in which you can set out what your GP has provided on your Fitness to Work Certificates and that you have seen a psychiatrist who has assessed you as having General Anxiety and depression

The OH practitioner should also ask about your job and any potential hazards or stressors involved, one of which would be the situation of having your manager work in the same office as you.

You have the right to review the report before it is shown to your employer. I would suggest you reserve any judgement, until you have reviewed the report, as to whether you agree to it being released to your employer.
If you would like a one-to-one expert consultation with me on your employment issue than I can be contacted by emailing admin@legalbeaglesgroup.com

                Hi all,

If I may have some advice please , my situation is that I will have to particularise what exactly are my pleadings as my ET1 was lacking and coming up for PH soon.
Question Iike I like to ask is , ref to whistleblowing , am i correct in stating that WB has to potentially be a concern to others within the workforce.
that is , the failure of management to follow policies which can result in circumnavigating processes which can lead to conduct code /dismissal is this a valid argument ? Evidence is available .
                Thanks
