    Holiday entitlement after resignation

    Hello all,
    If I leave my job just as holidays have reset, am I right in thinking I am owed a year's holiday pay?
    I have worked there 2.5 year's and I'm on a zero hours contract, working an average of 40 hrs a week.

    No you will not be owed a year's holiday pay. You will only be entitled to what you have accrued at the time you leave but not already taken.
