    Bullying at work

    Hi,

    I have a 3 month notice period at work however due to bullying in the workplace I cannot face going back. I have spoken to my employers (owners) as it is a small business but even though they know the issues concerning the bullies they do nothing about them. So many people have left because of these two individuals but nothing is done about them. How do I stand if I just don't go back to work please. I cannot face another day there as my mental health is at an all time low. I have never felt this bad

    Do you have another job to go to or if not do you think you can find something else soon.

    However if the owners know there is an issue with bullying at work by individuals why are they clearly reluctant to deal with it? Have you raised any formal grievance?
