  • Continuous challenge

I work for an IT firm, last two years it has been 'made' difficult to receive good feedback even for the job well done. I am looking for legal advice and support (probono?) if possible.

There are certain criteria to good performance:
    - Hit sales target (not applicable at my level)
    - Hit client charged hours, (when work for a client we charge hours in timesheet and the firm get paid)
    - Internal support activities within the firm
    - There are usually 2 discussions in one financial year to do performance reviews
    - A person is allocated to present my case in front of a panel for reviews

My level above required to do sales of £325k, I am not required to do sales at my level. I managed to do over USD 6.5m.
Client charged hours was low, but HR confirmed that it is not an issue
Internal support activities couldn't be done due to very long hours worked.
I was given wrong feedback for good work delivered.
All in all, no issues from my knowledge in 2022, but I was deliberately pushed in the PIP. Sales and other effort is ignored.

Since then, I had plan to challenge and I received no 'good' support to challenge. I eventually raised internal process, even after 'heavy internal resistance', up to a point that I could be denied internal process. There is more to each item above, a long story and history and do not wish to disclose it here, and trying to document as much as possible.

Nothing came from internal process, only standard guidelines came out.

Since Jan 2023, I am on bench and for this year reported on-track, managed to get it to this level somehow. But overall, I am purposely being pushed back, and technically denied more work. I am trying to figure out what to make of it.
