    Lunch hour time?

    Hi all.

    im a mobile lone worker ,van etc.

    our company recently gave us all an hour unpaid lunch break.
    and they recently announced it MUST be taken between 12 and 2 pm.
    nobody has signed anything and there's nothing in our contracts to this effect.

    So what I'm asking is can they stipulate the times like that or can I have it any time as long as its an hour?
    For example from half 3 to half 4.

    Yes a company can stipulate when lunch breaks are taken.
