You guys were so helpful last time, unfortunately I'm back again!
Redundancy process was followed correctly as far as I can tell. People self selected and were given a leaving date. I recieved an email stating I was no longer at risk, happy days.
Today, apparently due to a "miscommunication" the package is not as good as originally stated and people are backing out. They are seeking their own legal advice as people had obviously begun spending/making plans.
My question is if enough retract their self selection can I immediately be put back at risk?
