    Just a curiosity.

    I have worked for companies where you were salary. I could work 15 hours a day, but the moment I want to leave before 5, you have to take PTO.
    Or it's not allowed.
    Do you just have to quit jobs like this because the law only states who gets OT and who does not basically?
