HELPPPPPPPPP!!!!!!!!!!! Employer ask me to pay 6 months salary if I withdraw contract

So I just accepted an office admin at a solicitor firm, and signed the full-time contract last week (it is due to start on 1st December). however because I was pushed to sign plus I was super nervous, I didnt get to read contract details. Now I have go through the pages and realized that it contains quite a few unfair treatments. I have attached some of the unreasonable terms.

It says that the contract can't be shared with any 3rd party otherwise I got 11000pounds compensation to pay. Also if I leave or terminate contract I will need to pay the firm 6 months salary. However the firm can dismiss me without notice if they have reason to. Also the contract didn't put detailed working days (only 9-6pm with full time efforts needed), so basically it will be under minimum wage. I will also not have sick pay at all.... the contract also indiciates that it is subjected to working visa however I have student visa so technically it is not a valid contract right?

I dont know much about legal, but is this even legitimate? Do I really have no way to withdraw the contract but to pay the firm 6 months compensation? any help or advise is appreciated many thanks.

If that is what this employer's contracts are like, do you really want to work for them?

Hi sir thanks for the reply, no I don’t want to continue the contract. I have signed because the Director pushed that he needs to catch train to go home, so I need to sign without able to read through terms. Now I have realized what I have signed. I want to know if I can withdraw before the start of full time work, and if they can really sue me to pay 6 months compensation

Hi, you say that you are on a student visa so are you studying at the moment?

If so, then how will you be able to work the hours required whilst still studying?

The type of work you are allowed to do on a student visa depends on the type of sponsor you are studying at, and the level of the course you are studying. The UK Home Offices guidelines sets out the type of employment a student is permitted to undertake.

So even despite the terms of the contract you may not be able to carry out the work because of your visa status.
