  • Ilegal behaviour employer

Maybe is unbelievable what I write. My last employer was behave suspiciously in relate with me. I had so much attention from people when I worked in their company, they treated me different than others, they were manipulated me and treat me like "moron", my supervisor and co-workers was keep saying me "Don't be scared", and constantly asked me"are you alright? ".
Then I resigned after few months, because I didn't cope with that. They even didn't take seriously my resignation, didn't sent me P45, but they was keep sending me some money and payslip with that, probably money from PAYE tax refund. Maybe they want me get back.
I asked this employer for P45 by email, they ignored me.
After I reported this employer to HMRC, they sent P45 to me immediately after. I have proof that they did this, in my emails.
Of course I assuming what is background their behaviour. They do have some business with my dad, who is businessman.
They keep it a secret from me, because dad want controling how people treat me, because he is "worried about me". He underestimate me and he is obsessed with me.
I was suffering mental problems before more than 10 years, but I slowly recovered, and I want live normal life.
I think my dad is using this event against me, so he can control and manipulate with me through other people.
He has no rights for that what he is doing. I am adult.
There was more employers before, who was treat me so special like that, is long story. But this last was treat me bad.
I am unemployed now, and I scared to if I"ll find another job, how they will treat me.
I feel defencless against all this people.
What organisation can help me investigate fraud on me discreetly?

So I don’t think you using the word fraud is correct here even if they have treated you in a inappropriate or unlawful manner..

However playing devils advocate could their behaviour such as checking on you and often asking you if you were ok, be due to them being made aware of your previous mental problems as you put it so they felt there was cause to keep checking on your well-being .

Could that also be the same reason why they delayed ending your employment and sending your p45 as they wanted to ensure your decision to hand in your notice was what you really wanted to do.

Employers can legally treat people with disabilities different or better than other employees in order to ensure their disability is not causing them problems at work.

I know if someone with a disability came under my control at work I would be more attentive to their needs and would be checking on them occasionally to ensure there were no problems , its what caring employers are meant to do with employees with disabilities .

    Sorry just playing devils advocate.

      Thanks for honesty and time.
I am happy that someone is discuss this with me.
But I will be devils advocate too.
They have zero rights what they are doing.
There is so much more behind.
I wasn't diagnosed any mental disability by law. I had depression and serious sleep problems. This happened before more than 10 years.
At least they are no open to me and lying to me.
They keep it secret from me. And expect that I must be so stupid when I didn't realised why they treat me special.
They don't know much they hurting me with their behaviour. I absolutely didn't behave according they were treat me.
And when I ask them for P45 they were ignored me.
When I called HMRC they were sent it to me immediately, that is proof they were doing something unlawful.

I don't know that you can understand what I wrote in last post, because I still wrote "they" - by they I mean my dad, relatives, and also employer. Thank you for your previous respond anyways

So you have less than 2 years' service and you say that you have not been diagnosed with any disability that would qualify under the Equality Act 2010 am I correct in my understanding of your posts?
