    Legal Exposure Points

    Hello!
    I am currently negotiating in my early conciliation process and have been asked by my previous employers legal rep to provide “Legal Exposure Points” Please help!

    So I am presuming if you are in Early Conciliation (EC) then ACAS is involved as well.

    Given that I do not know what your claim is for against your ex-employer, I can only give you a generalisatation but it should still be helpful.

    They are asking you to provide them the legal basis upon which you are bringing the claim i.e. what employment law Acts or Regulations are you saying that your ex-employer disregarded/or broked that will support the claim you are making.
