  • Not telling new employers of dismissal

Hi do you legally have to tell new employers if you have previously been dismissed?
Do you have to state all previous jobs on your CV?

What is the legal stance on someone not telling a new employer of a previous dismissal even when directly asked on a form or otherwise? If found out are there any legal consequences and what would that be?
