Hi hope everyone is doing well.
ok hopefully somebody could help.
i work for a company which a few years ago was caught out with paying workers in the other plant getting more per hour than us in this plant. They eventually said they would make the pay equal to other plant. At same time they then made both plants a uk business instead of 2 different ltd business's. After 5 years we have now found out the pay for 2 of the grades we work with have not been equal, but out top a grades job have been.
Where do we stand legally ? If they day admit they made mistake, can we claim for 5 tears backdated difference in pay.?
hope this all makes sense to somebody cheers
