Rota for Returning to Office after Covid

My Manager, lets call him Bob has been instructed by his managers that we should return to the office one day a week (we work M-F).
Bob has no real experiencing in drawing up a rota but has drawn one up that we should all work the same day each week.
The day given to me is not as favourable as the day given to a colleague (Fiona) for a number of reasons including opportunity to work with others (for work reasons not friendship reasons) and as we are always working the same day of the week, Fiona gets the "best" day each week when I'm stuck with the rubbish day doing menial tasks.
What can I/should I do?

Also just to add I have read about an Equality Impact Assessment - should one of these have been completed.

Speak to Bob informally (Informal Grievance), explain your concerns (explain that you feel things aren't equitable regards rota), if your concerns aren't addressed, raise a Formal Grievance in writing, then management and HR will arrange a meeting.
