    ET preliminary hearing and no ET3

    Hi all
    I don't know what to do and I need some advice.
    My claim was accepted by ET 26.11.2021 and ET1 forwarded to my employer.
    Next week I have preliminary hearing over the phone but I still didn't receive any response from my employer (respondent).
    I waited until yesterday to complete and send agenda for case management at preliminary hearing.
    I don't know what to think about this, I'm representing myself.
    Maybe someone was in similar situation and can give me some advice .

    I would suggest that you need to immediately contact the ET to a) find out whether the employer has submitted an ET3 and b) if so explain that you have not received a copy and could they sent it to you as soon as possible. Be prepared to have to wait on the phone!

    Well done on getting the Case Management Agenda over keep ensuring that you are meeting any Tribunal deadlines.
