So to get this straight you have been given a pay rise back-dated to Jan 2020 and you were furloughed during some of this period - between what dates?

Was your furlough pay at 80% or did your employer make it up to 100%?

Are you trying to establish what happens about your pay rate during the furloughed period?
If you would like a one-to-one expert consultation with me on your employment issue than I can be contacted by emailing admin@legalbeaglesgroup.com

I do not provide advice by PM although I may on occasion ask you to send me documents this way but any related advice will be provided back on your thread.

I do my best to provide good practical advice, however I do so without liability.
If you have any doubts then do please seek professional legal advice.

[QUOTE=ULA;n1603868]So to get this straight you have been given a pay rise back-dated to Jan 2020 and you were furloughed during some of this period - between what dates? March to July

Was your furlough pay at 80% or did your employer make it up to 100%? Yes 80%

Are you trying to establish what happens about your pay rate during the furloughed period? Yes, why are they not paying me the pay rise on the days i was furloughed ? i did not asked to be ferloughed (not my fault)

      cheers.
